All BFPO orders (Outside UK) are sent VAT Free.

Type BFPO in the coupon section of the checkout and click apply changes, this will deduct the 15% VAT from the goods.
VAT is still charged on the postage. If VAT isn't deducted on your order automatically, then it will be done so once the order has been downloaded by our sales team and you will be sent an emailed invoice confirming your purchase and the discounted amount charged to your card.

This offer only applies to British Forces serving abroad and not those serving in the UK (or NI), or persons not in the British Forces.

Please note: shipping is free of charge for the orderes described above. However, larger/heavier orders may cost more depending on size, quantity but you will always be contacted before any additional charges are made.

To enable this to happen we require you to print off the form at the following link and for you to get it stamped and signed by your Unit Admin Office.  You then need to post/fax the form to us.  Goods can not be dispatched until we are in receipt of this form.  If you have a problem in printing off the form please contact Military-Supplies and we will send a copy out to you.

Orders posted to a non mainland UK or BFPO address may be subject to additional postage fees.  Once you submit your order we will notify you of any additional charges. We will wait for your agreement to any additional charges before we process your order.
