Payment for your order
At the checkout stage we will capture your card details on our secure server.
Your payment will be taken ONLY when we are ready to ship your order.
We do not share any of your details with any other merchant or agency.


Charges for Shipping on your order
The following will be added to your order at the check-out stage of your purchase.   

Standard
We charge a Shipping fee of £7.50 (£6.38 ex VAT) on each order.
FREE shipping may be available on selected items, as shown in store.
Only applicable for Shipping to the following countries:
United Kingdom.

International
Where Shipping is applicable a minimum fee of £15.00 applies.
Where Shipping is applicable the maximum fee applied will be no more than £100.00.
Orders posted to a non mainland UK address may be subject to additional postage fees.

BFPO
We charge a Shipping fee of £7.50 (£6.38 ex VAT) on each order.


PLEASE NOTE:   
We appreciate the importance of speedy deliveries.  Our aim is to dispatch orders ASAP, and whilst we endeavour to hold sufficient stocks on occasions, certain items or sizes will not always be available for delivery.

As the parcel will require a signature on delivery, we strongly recommend using a work address as deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm. Please contact us immediately if your delivery address changes as you may incur additional delivery charges if the courier attempts to deliver the parcel to an old address.

Orders posted to a non mainland UK or BFPO address may be subject to additional postage fees.  Once you submit your order we will notify you of any additional charges. We will wait for your agreement to any additional charges before we process your order.
